I've invested more than two decades making the the world better through projects, philanthropy and volunteerism. I'm the founder and Executive Director of Rawkstars, Inc. a nonprofit providing free instruments, lessons and music education programs for kids since 2003.

I've been a leader in philanthropic programming on the corporate side, program managing Hasbro's Global Social Impact and Employee Engagement efforts.

I'm also a doer, logging thousands of volunteer hours for organizations including Big Brother Big Sister, Year Up, Hole In The Wall Camp, Meals On Wheels, Gentiva Hospice, Urban Arts and Special Olympics.

Programs, Technology & Operations

Impact begins with great execution.

As a senior technologist, I helped implement the first online tire buying experience for GoodYear.com and the new product launch of Tide Pods.

I lead operations and web development teams for Upromise, a consumer loyalty rewards program that's helped families save over $1 Billion dollars for college education.

I launched a first of its kind program to teach life skills through music inside a Massachusetts state prison. "Guitars Behind Bars" brings music to Juvenile Justice facilities to create hope and better outcomes for all.

Music, Entertainment & Management

My career began traveling the world with bands as a Sound Engineer and Tour Manager.  I've wrangled dozens of artists and crew members across 40 US states, 21 countries and 4 continents.

I'm deeply experienced in large scale events, having served as game day event leader at the TD Garden, developing content and executing live productions for the Boston Bruins & Celtics. I've worked as a master control technician for NESN, ensuring critical executional excellence in a highly visible role.
